We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the Fanola brand of products. If you are not satisfied with a Fanola product purchased from UGAVA Distribution Inc. within 30 days of receipt, you can return it for a full product refund or return it as an exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for any return and \/ or exchange.<\/p>\n

When receiving the products, the customer is responsible for inspecting before signing the delivery receipt. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged, please note that on the delivery receipt before signing and contacting UGAVA DISTRIBUTION INC. within 48 hours. We will check the information and replace damaged units. Please do not have any packaging or the product.
