– Cancellations
All cancellations of orders must be made before being shipped. Cancellations can only be made by calling the customer service representative

– RETURN / EXCHANGES:

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the Fanola brand of products. If you are not satisfied with a Fanola product purchased from UGAVA Distribution Inc. within 30 days of receipt, you can return it for a full product refund or return it as an exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for any return and / or exchange.

REFUND :

Once returns are received and processed, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Refund by credit card and Interac payments within 5 business days of receipt. Check refunds can take up to 7 business days.t’s Just Good Business

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS:

When receiving the products, the customer is responsible for inspecting before signing the delivery receipt. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged, please note that on the delivery receipt before signing and contacting UGAVA DISTRIBUTION INC. within 48 hours. We will check the information and replace damaged units. Please do not have any packaging or the product.
